About Us

Cake Connections is a one-woman, home-based business, run by Susan Ferreira-Emery. The business celebrated 20 years of commerce in November of 2017.

Susan became involved with culinary arts in 1978 while working at the South Weymouth Naval Air Base. After receiving awards from Kraft Competitions, she attended the Henry O. Peabody School and graduated in 1981.

She has worked in a variety of local bakeries to sharpen her creative style. Susan has always accepted and revelled in challenge and confection.
